Curious about this update too. I've only been seeing improvements for rank/traffic. Noticed a surge in SERP impressions about a month ago but no deviation since.

Yes! May be hit by any new update. Don't worry. If you write content based on user intention and build natural backlinks, You need not bother about these updates

Search Engines always demands different titles for different pages. So try giving different titles. Your error will be resolved
