Need help creating a package

by @edd (118), 1 year ago

Just so you know, I'm getting started with SEO as a skill. I've read and studied several resources. Finished a course on the basics. I'm doing all this because my boss wants to me take that role in the future.

Now with that being said, after two months of collecting resources(both free and paid), I plan to accelerate my knowledge and dive deeper this new year.

The thing is my boss wants me to do free SEO from what I know so far to two clients and later sell it as another service. (He's not charging more for this as it will sever as an on-hands practice to later roll it out as an official service)

These are some of the things I've seen but I think this is too much, like a complete full package.

-Initial SEO Global Audit -Competitors Analysis -Discovery and keyword research -SEO copywriting -Technical SEO -Strategy and tactics -On-Page -Off-Page - Link-building campaign -Google Analytics configuration -Google Search Console management -Content creation & Optimization -Monthly Ranking and Traffic Reporting

What could I offer as for now? how many keywords? should I stick only to on-page optimizations and keywords research?

You should offer full SEO package rather than partial packages. This will benefit in many ways. First of all, you will have to chance to give results to your new clients. Another most important benefit is, you will grow yourself as a full-stack SEO professional. The pressure of getting results will push you well.

Hi, if you have basic knowledge of SEO and you want to sell SEO work then gain expertise first in what you know. You can divide the SEO packages into three parts i.e. silver, gold, and platinum; and you can increase the number of activities in gold and platinum packages in comparison to silver. In the silver package, you can provide 10 keywords plan, in the Gold package, you can provide 20 keywords plan, and in the platinum package, you can provide more than 30 keyword plans. You can also divide these three plans into three sections: on-page SEO, off-page SEO activities, and reporting. In the basic package (sliver), you can offer on-page activities with some limitations, and all activities in the platinum package (advance). You can also increase or decrease the number of activities as per the packages category. I hope it will help you in creating the SEO packages.
