My website's rank is rising due to Google's Page Experience update this March. I noticed in Google Search Console that the core web vitals of my website are very poor. It's mobile score 4, where I was supposed to be 2.5 or below.

it is some days that I see tabs below the main search result for some websites and when I inspect those pages I see those tabs are only H1-H2-H3 headings I can not find any schema or code in the source

I'm working on a website whose Alexa was good 1 month ago but now the rank is increasing. I'm working on the same SEO as I did before but there's no improvement. I am doing blog posts, image sharing, classified ads, infographics, business listing, and many other off-page things, but I am not getting results. Again a few days ago I posted a blog on the website when only 4000 Alexa rank decreased. The same situation again from the next day. What I can do in this situation is to go back to the previous position. That means Alexa will continue to decline.
