Website indexing issue

I removed my website from Google indexing due to some issues. after clearing issues, it is requested indexing many times but still not indexing. What can I do now?

No need to request this repeatedly. You can win some backlinks in between and focus on improving the content of the web pages in terms of UX. If possible then try to win some traffic on your website. Let's have some patience.

Do these things to escalate indexing:
- server should welcome Google bot with enough capacity
- add sitemaps
- check robots file if it is blocking resources
- add quality content
- do internal linking
- build backlinks
- Google usually discourage inferior zombie pages
