SEO-bad backlinks

Hello everyone :) I have a question about backlinks. I discovered weird backlinks while analyzing my website on Semrush. However, these backlinks do not come up in my Google Search Console account. Do I need to disavow them still? Could there be a kind of attack to my website?

No need to disavow. Everything fine it's normal

Google will probably ignore these links, however to be sure I would disavow them anyway.
