Important Title and H1 header question for everyone?

by @lexer (176), 3 months ago

Hi everyone. I have been working on some individual town pages that are linked to my home( main ) page. Here are my 2 questions. 1) If I want to capture " roof replacement Cleveland, Ohio" ; should that be BOTH the page title and H1 ? Would the H1 be " roof replacement for Cleveland, Ohio Home's" ? would this H1 be just as powerful as simply " roof replacement Cleveland, Ohio " if someone typed in roof replacement clevelend Ohio ?

You don't need to stuff keywords in their exact search form. Actually, you don't even need to use all of the keywords.

Search engines now use LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) so they can recognize the topic if you don't use the exact keywords. We mentioned LSI in our Base too - check Keywords.

Optimizing individual town pages for local SEO is crucial. For the page title, consider a concise and direct approach like "Roof Replacement in Cleveland, Ohio." For the H1 tag, balance clarity and relevance, perhaps "Expert Roof Replacement for Cleveland, Ohio Homes." While the exact phrasing matters, the latter H1 should still be effective for search queries like "roof replacement Cleveland, Ohio." Focus on providing valuable content and maintaining relevance to enhance your page's SEO performance.
