Google tag not connected

So I am trying to connect my Google tag to my website but it is not connected. And I get this message:
"“Google Tag: not found”.
I have no idea what to do from here or how to install it correctly.

It looks like this not sure how to proceed at all. I am trying to upload a screenshot but the forum does only have hyperlinks or something ?

Double-check that you’ve added the full Global Site Tag (gtag.js) code in the section of your HTML and make sure you’re using the correct Tag ID.
