Hello guys, I have a question about 404 codes. We removed some pages from the website panel and of course started to receive 404 code warnings from Search Console. I was wondering if it's necessary for us to do a URL Removal from Google Search Console as well

Yes, removal of such not found URLs is the best practice. And, then ask Google to validate the errors.
Otherwise, Google might take much time to know the fact and till then the website will keep suffering.

To fix the 404 errors resulting from deleted pages on your site, you should execute a URL Removal through Google Search Console.
