google index removal in time

I have a problem that when Googlebot visits my website webshopy.sk, it indexes many pages through site:webshopy.sk, for example, a million, but gradually it starts removing them from the index and I don't understand why after a few weeks there are only, for example, 30 thousand left through site:webshopy.sk. I can't find the reason :(

Thin content can be one of the reasons.
