Doubts in Google Search Console Not found (404)

After i delete these unwanted uploads from my server still i saw these in my search console with recently crawled.
can you please some expain in detail, to stop this.
already i requested remove url in google search console but still this continues.

After resolving the 404 issues on your website property,request the URLs for removal. Then request to validate the issue. In between, keep a vigil on the removal section whether the requests have been expired. If yes, then request for removal again. This way the validation will be passed.
