my website has payment gateway page. in robots.txt file we blocked /payment page and in search console indexing report also says blocked by robots.txt. But when i check indexing "site: " it comes in results. can i include no index tag for payment gateway page?

My website pages indexed but when i check "cache:" it doesn't cached. checked indexed pages in google. It shows the url but not cached.
