Can I get a google search sniped when my contact is dynamically generated with javascript?

Hello,

My website has pretty dynamic content that updates almost every minute so I was wondering if it is still possible to get a featured search sniped on google if the content on the website is put in a place with javascript (after the page is loaded) or should I rather go to the backend and do it with PHP (before the page is loaded)?
