blocked by robots.txt but page indexing in google

my website has payment gateway page. in robots.txt file we blocked /payment page and in search console indexing report also says blocked by robots.txt. But when i check indexing "site: " it comes in results. can i include no index tag for payment gateway page?

Submitted removal URL request GSC problem will be solved

Temporarily remove the URL by using Removals section of the Google Search Console. This will resolve the issue.
