Anomaly in Bounce Rate

Hello, I have an anomaly in the bounce rate for my client. The bounce rate drops in July, and then doesn't seem to rise again. Does anybody know the reason for this? We did have a bot crawl a specific link within the site, and are working through no index'ing the pages that the bot has crawled to help support this as we've noticed a sudden drop in traffic also. Does anybody have any advice?

There are a variety of reasons for this problem. Your search terms could be cyclical or demand could have dropped due to the coronavirus. Or you might have been hit by a penalty or are ranking lower due to an algo update.
There are too many possibilities to problem solve without additional information.
