why my links lost ratio is high and how can i copy competitor backlinks?

I have two questions:
1) I noticed in my SEMRUSH backlinks audit tool, that in last 30 days 150 backlinks of mine were lost or got broken.
is there any technique that can help me to retain them? or any alternative?
2) i notice few sites listing on top of google having 0 backlinks or 5 or 10, when i click on the competitor backlinks i no longer find any way to create one for myself, what should i do??
for example, i see private blog posts giving backlink to my competitor etc..

Hi, That's a lot of broken links :O Are these links you have bought, or are these a result of classic outreach? To me it sounds like your competitor has been buying from a link supplier, which is a great way to ensure a great link profile. I know it's a boring solution, but contact the sites that have linked to you manually, and ask them why removed your link - maybe you need to update some content?
