Why do not some websites showing up on Google for targeted keywords even after optimizing
We have been doing SEO for our skincare clinic website since August. Our team has performed the following checks:
- Mobile Friendly
- Google Friendly Coding
- Page Speed Test: GT Metrix and Google Page Speed Test Optimized
- Checked ROBOTS.TXT
- No Security issues in Search Console
- Original content and Images
- No Redirect Loop
- No Blocking Plugins
- No Javascript to render contents
- Noindex and Nofollow tags are not included.
- Submitted Sitemap
- No past Google Penalizing History
Even though we strictly abode by the Google guidelines and did not do any black hat or grey hat SEO activities, the website does not get indexed for most of our target keywords even after 60 days. Even though some keywords get indexed, they appear on the last page of the Google SERP.
Meanwhile, the website gets indexed on top pages in other search engines like Bing, and Duckduckgo.
Please tell us why does it happen? What should we do to make the site gets indexed?

Hi @VagishaJagroop, You talked above at on-page SEO only. Off-page SEO is missing and this is what your website requires to rank in top. Currently your website has a DA 14, Spam-score 22, and number of backlinks is less than 40. This backlinks profile must be improved to fulfill the requirement.
