What is the best time to post on instagram?

I know there are hundreds of articles about ideal time to post on ig but my question is. Isn't these perfect case of -it depends-? We're in a niche which sees the most interaction in 14-18y/o and even from our small data I can see it's definitely not the commonly quoted 12-3pm and 6-9pm, Monday and Friday being the best week days.

What is your experience? Do you have specific findings for specific niches or you generally don't care about post time?
