What is meant by that? "Avoid internal links with dynamic URL parameters"

HI guys Im new in that SEO field.

"Avoid internal links with dynamic URL parameters" Some internal links have dynamic parameters. All internal URLs, which are not marked as nofollow, should not contain dynamic parameters.

Can someone explain what is meant by that and how can i solve it?
