Website update

by @Emmy (141), 1 year ago

Looking for advice - I work for an IT recruitment company and we are updating our website. The website has been around for 30 years, but it's not very SEO optimized and needs a refresh.

As SEO experts, would you suggest building a completely new website, or would it be madness because we would lose our authority and therefore it is better to keep our current structure and proceed with the update from there? Thanks a lot!

The website should be designed and developed for a better user experience by keeping in mind the search engine guidelines. The complete revamp of the website is possible without harming the SEO efforts. Go ahead!

Thank you. So you suggest building a new website, correct?

Correct. Just mind, URLs should not be changed unnecessarily.

As far as I know, updating is normal. You have to do that once in a while.
