I have an e-commerce site and I have a speed problem on this website that has been going on for 75 days, how can I fix it. I have done all the speed optimizations and I will share the page speed values below. What can I do extra, should we not change the theme etc.

Follow the recommendations provided by Google while checking page speed insights. Also, follow the guidance provided by GTmetrix while checking the page speed report.
I am unable to see the images posted by you here. This is why I am not that precise in the answer.
