My website and location pages seems to be losing ranking lately. Not being a seo expert, could someone have a look at my website and help me.

I have been using Website Auditor to assess some of the issues and i got to admit, itis a lengthy process. The site has some speed issues which i haven't been able to resolve yet.
I have looked into SEMrush and Ahref but my brain just went " oh crap, what do i do or look at.
Any suggestions on other "easier" software that could help me?
Also how do you update content on an E-commerce? I mean i can do more blogs... but what about the product pages? these rarely change to be honest.

@hcuseo So far the page mentioned before seems to be staying in the 19 - 20 rank. Could you tell me more about Google HCU and how do i check it? Thank you
