Upgraded from magento 1 to magento 2, keeping same urls. Still dropped a lot rank

Hi! Since Magento 1 has its EOL last year we had to upgrade to m2 to keep extensions and payment terminals up to date. On the 12th of January we performed the platform upgrade. We worked extremely hard to keep the same urls and url structure. However, we still dropped siginificantly in rank on google. Some keywords dropped completely.
