Thank you page bounce rate is affecting overall website's bounce rate. How do I resolve?

My website'e thank you page has more than 85% bounce. This is affecting my website's overall bounce rate. How do I resolve this? I would like to Google analytics to ignore the thank you page metrics. But, I can't find a way. What are all the other solutions do you have?

You can talk to developer to use Javascript so no thank you page comes when someone fill the contact us forum ... Just message displayed after filling the forum at contact us page

@alexmartkovich we setup a goal for the thank you page to track the users who fill the form.
