Site Completely Deranked on Google

by @jktaffiliate (144), 2 months ago

Hi all,

My site was completely deranked from google a few days ago, the site has around 2 months and it had been doing quite well in the first months. I've been adding content to it pretty much everyday and was all going fine.

However, the site got completely deranked, everything disappeared from google rankings and search console also shows barely any impressions (few are from me searching site:xxx).

Any idea why this happened and how I can fix it? Really strange why everything disappeared from one day but I don't really know what to do here.

Here is the impressions info is at ibb.co/Lx6XnDg

Thank you for the help

Check if it was a bot-traffic or black-hat-seo. Later Google might have detected and then rankings dropped.

I did not know that concept of bot-traffic, but in the last couple of days I saw some people there from random countries only on the home page that didn't seem humans visiting.

Could you please help me understand what it is and how to fix it?

Thanks

You should contact your developer to fix it.

ok thank you.

I also got a few backlinks, on this case 4, for my site since I started some months ago.

Do you think 4 backlinks could cause some penalty to have the content completely removed? I've been very careful and only got a few of them.

Thanks again for the help

Backlinks are not the reason behind it. Even bad links are ignored by Google as a ranking factor.

I have no idea then what might be causing it. As mentioned before, I saw a few visits, but just one or two, that seemed bots, but that wouldn't be enough to create problems right? It would have to be a significant number of visits from bots?

Any other idea why this might happening and how to fix it?

Thanks for helping

A website can be completely deranked on Google due to various reasons such as violation of Google's guidelines, engaging in blackhat SEO practices, or having poor-quality content. If the site is flagged for spam, using manipulative tactics, or violating Google's algorithms, it may face severe penalties, leading to deranking. Additionally, a lack of relevant and authoritative backlinks, slow page speed, or a high bounce rate can negatively impact a site's ranking. Regularly updating and adhering to best SEO practices is crucial to maintain a website's visibility on Google.
