SEO - Google Analytics

by @parvik suji (179), 4 months ago

Someone has already performed SEO on my client's site. After a long break, I am now planning to implement SEO on the same site. The analytics code has already been added, but unfortunately, I don't have the username and password for that account. Should I add another analytics code to the same site?

Yes, remove that analytics code from the pages of the website. You create the analytics account freshly. Beware, the historical data will not be available in the newly setup Analytics.

If the old user email id is known and in control of you or your client then you might try to recover the password.
