RSS Feed Error In My Wordpress Website?

Hi, We are getting Feed error Due to RSS feed in our wordpress website, for that we have installed 'Disable Everything' Pluginn, here from plugin we have disabled RSS Feed and saved it, but soon we find that Rss Feed has not disabled and "disable Everthing' is not working,is any experinace in this,or any other method to avoid feed error?
