Redirect in the link?

I apologize for the dumb question but is it possible to setup redirects in the link?
Something like
https://google.com_redirect:yahoo.com

I don't see a valid reason to do that.
You either want visitor to visit google.com or yahoo.com.
But visiting yahoo via google doesn't make sense to me.
What's the use case for such a redirect?

Well, the reason I want a user to get cookies from the first link and after that I want a user to go to another page. Both pages are not mine so I want such a manipulation.
