Performance mobil has decreased according PageSpeedInsights, total score important?

Our performance on mobil has decreased sharply according to PageSpeedInsights.
Last year (25.05.2023) - 56 total score to 34 this year (now) for the same pages.
But the CWV metrics are all good (green) and in the Google Search Console in the Core Web Vitals there are no problems shown.
So, how to interprete this decrease of the total score and is it important to fix something?
Which other tools could I use to make a check?
