Penalty for spam site links?

Hi,

I have a domain

doctorhouse.hu

which ranked well for the "laptop szerviz" keyword for the past years, but suddenly it dropped out og the results. I did a full seo check and all seems to be fine, except for I found a few sites:

https://www.yasteq.com/HU/Budapest/135902889785723/Doctorhouse-Laptop-szerviz

which are copies of parts of my site and I never had anything to do with them.

Is it possible that someone wants to let me down so they created this? or what?

I uploaded a disavow for these domains. I guess that should help?

I see no manual penalty in webmaster tools or search console.
