Pages not getting indexed

Hey guys, I am currently working on a directory site and the pages in it are not getting indexed, google is deindexing many pages. I have uploaded multiple site maps since it have millions of pages. can anyone help me on this?

If there is lots of pages give it time.. or else try it from search console

Configure Google Search API for fast indexing. You will need the Rankmath plugin if you are using a WordPress website and you have t manually configure if you are working on a custom website!
