My website is not being indexed. It keeps on indicating there's a problem with a page redirect hence it cannot be seen on Google.

Yes, also check the property URL registered with the Google Search Console.
How do I do that?
Log into the GSC and check the URL used there in settings or elsewhere. I have seen, it has been verified in the GSC. If you have not done it then check the sitemap section too.

you can remove your website from GSC with www, and submit again your website with without www, and them wait, it will index.
