Page Authority Discrepancy: Development vs. Live Site

I have created a blog using HTML and CSS, incorporating keywords into the content. When I checked the blog in Visual Studio Code, it displayed a Page Authority (PA) of 33, but upon publishing it on my website, the PA dropped to 6. Why does this happen?
