One language taking all the trafic

Hello, first of all this is my first time on this forum, so I would like to introducde myself to everyone. I am currently in my first job, after graduating in marketing. The company put me in charge of their website SEO. It is a wordpress website, and I basically had to improve their organic traffic. This website has three languages (English, Portuguese, and French). When choosing the keyword, I had picked the name of the company for all three languages. However, now I am facing a problem - our portuguese website (my company is based in Portugal) is getting all the traffic, and appears as the number one result in google search. I was informed by a colleague that before we got way more traffic from France. So now I need to improve our traffic from France. I already changed the keyword for the different pages and languages. Before it was "Company Name" for all our home pages, but now i put "Company Name PT", "Company Name EN" and "Company Name FR". What else can I do to help solve this problem? Any ideas?
