My wordpress instances public IP adress is showing duplicate content

Hello!
I got a problem with my wordpress instance. The public ip adress (eg 16.xxx.xx) is accessible and is showing exact copy of my website. When I post a new article it's also posted there.
My website is also getting links from the ip adress. I got 1 linking domain with 500+ links. That is making my spam score above 7% which is not ideal.
What can I do in this case? I'm not so good with Networking.

First step, redirect the IP URL to your domain URL. You can get a plugin, 301 redirects, to apply this.
