Keywords for a New concept
I have created this website but
https://www.invstaustralia.com.au/which is a new concept hasn't been done before anywhere. I am very confused as to which keywords should I include. Currently I am going ahead with real estate agent courses. What do you think will be the best way to choose keyword for something that has not been done before. No one knows such a product exists. The target audience is real estate agents in western and northern Australia who are looking to increase their real estate sales or increase their portfolio. Please help me out

I think the first step is to think like your target audience
I am agree with @otsile (105). Think like your targeted audience. If they somehow know about it and later would like to google then what they might type to search. Target those keywords or key phrases.
