Is it necessary to hide Variant Id in ecommerce website

What will be the impact in SEO If I have various URL for one product in ecommerce website. I have implemented canonical tag for all those URL.

These are the different URLs for one product but for different sizes of that product.

So I applied canonical tag to remove plagiarism and duplicate page issue

But I suggest to redirect all those URL into one URL

but My manger is denying that to do

So what will I do to convince my manager for redirection.

Please anyone suggest me for the same
