Indexing problem in csr/ssr site

We have a website that is based on JavaScript React (CSR) and we have encountered SEO problems. After that, we converted the pages to SSR, but we still did not receive good feedback.

When we consulted someone, he said that there is still a problem with indexing pages and it is better to use another service (prerender.io).
