Importance of geo tag in SEO

My website has based on mobile app development services in India. Normally I am searching keywords on Google, it will show the results in 1st position in my place (local). But I am searching in a different location like(near district, or state) the result will be changed. not showing the results in a better position. I am doing article submission, guest blogging schema, social sharing, etc. I have done the on-page perfectly. How can I get the same results, when I search in different locations. Could you please share your thoughts
