I am unable to remove blogspot spammy backlinks

I have tried to remove blogspot backlinks, but dont have admin information and dont have the login credential of blogspot, also disavow not working as I have been tried for last 1 years but doesn't work.
Please help me how I can remove those spammy backlinks.

You should ignore those links as Google too ignores bad backlinks while considering ranking.
