How to Recrawl Backlinks?

I have one backlinks which is already indexed in google but I make some changes in the content so my client want me to recrawl it by next 1 hour. We all know without GSC it is not possible but is there any way to recrawl soon?

Win backlink from a website which is frequently getting crawled. Another way is to register your blogs as news in Google like search engines. Published such blogs get crawled at the earliest.
