How to rank Videos that are only accessible with login?
How do websites index videos that require a login? I have a subscription website and 99% of videos are accessible only after logging in and paying the subscription. Because of that, Google doesn’t index my videos as they are not accessible when crawling the pages unlogged.
Recently, I noticed that some websites are able to get their videos. Example:

A dedicated page for the video promotion can be created with a glimpse of the video or screenshots, descriptions, etc. This page should be promoted from your side as it is in the given example URL. Interested visitors to the page can watch the full video only after login or so.

- non logged users get a video preview (Google can crawl the video preview but il will show in google videos that the video is 2 minutes (not really what I want as people who are looking for a full workout will not click it)
- logged in users get the full video but the full video is not indexed by Google Ex: movementformodernlife.com/yoga-class-1819-barre-for-cardio-and-strong-legs
but that's not what I want to do. In the example of Pilates Anytime (in my first post), it seems they have a way to get into google search without having to do a preview video and that's where I am wondering how they do it?
