How to eliminate bad blogs targeting your company website?

I need help on how to eliminate bad blogs targeting your company website in google search ranking.
The situation is our main keyword is our domain name and then heres the bad blog targeting that keyword the create a blog with the same keyword. And the blog content of the his blog is not good for the company. For now the bad blog website is now in 2nd in google ranking.
Any help and ideas on how to eliminate or rank down the bad blog to 2nd page is much appreciated.

- ...the list goes on
These blogs created should have unique and quality content so that these can rank in Google search engine at the top.
