What are everyone's experiences with SEO content tools? We went from 37k to 699k in organic reach in 6 months using one

1) we tried surferseo then zimmwriter then moved to babylovegrowth and saw that it helps identify the missing keywords that our competitors are ranking for and we aren't, so what it does we gave it all the info it needed like what our bussiness is about and website and it then pulls the data from keyword planner and search console to identify the gap and create an outline and articles for us, we then either left it as planned to publish or edited it to sound more human, or to fit our brand voice...etc 2) We're offering essay and paper help for students and academics 3) we've been getting more organic users rather than just 100% from paid ads (for context we run both meta and google ads) so now we're able to combine both paid and organic. We've been told from comments that the engagement level has gone down so we're looking into how to improve that next since we didn't really think much of it. what are your thoughts on that?
