Is anyone facing issues in the google search console while fetching URL for indexing? After submitting the request for indexing, the URL is not coming live.

They have temporarily disabled the manual URL submission feature of Google Search Console according to the official Twitter account of them. Don't worry It will come back soon.

I've already encountered that problem. You just simply have to put slash to your permalink of your sitemap. For example: sitemap.xml/ as you can see it has slash at the end of the permalink.
