Google Analytics

I acquired a new client, with a site that is less than a year old ( and got hacked a few months ago ) and when I went to check their Google Analytics + Search Console, all data(site visits etc.) was at 0. For the whole year. What could be the issue? Seems to be set up well.

It's a matter of inspection. If possible, provide the website URL.

maybe GSC code will not fix in Head Section
