Fewer links more traffic & Higher links less traffic. Why?

Fewer links more traffic & Higher links less traffic. Why? I've found 2 blogs of different websites, Blog A: Url: exoticcareers.com/low-stress-jobs-that-pay-well-without-a-degree/ Dofollow links: 1 Ranked keywords: 352 Traffic: 325

Blog B: Url: resumecroc.com/15-low-stress-jobs-that-pay-well/ Dofollow links: 11 Ranked keywords: 125 Traffic: 94

Blog A has more ranked keywords when backlinks are less in number. Why?

Blog A website has fewer backlinks than blog B's website, but Blog B is getting more traffic i.e 1.1k but Blog B is getting only 120 even has more links than blog A. Why?

What is Blog B doing better but Blog B is not?
