Continuous backlink spam

Hi there,
I was just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situ to the one I'm facing right now. I'm currently doing SEO for a business and everyday they receive about 30-60 backlinks from clearly copy-paste sites, pretty much the only difference between the sites is the URL. They're clearly toxic and may be harming my backlink efforts.
Anyone had similar experiences and know what I should do?

If you do SEO for a business, you should know? Disavow the links.

I receive up to 100 links a day, so updating my disavow list everyday with this volume isn't exactly practical. I guess a better question would've been has anyone had an experience removing their site from a spam link farm.
