Chinese Or Korean URLs in my Google site index - how can I get rid of them?

Look at my Google site index:
site:oscarsmovingcompany.com
It's full of these types of URLs:code text here
/index.php?39253pvrguctvttio
Is there a way to remove these from the index? Would you suggest robots.txt or something in the .htaccess file?

The robots.txt file can serve the purpose. You can disallow the URLs with a fixed prefix. The indexed URLs can be removed by using the Google Search Console.
