Bounce Rate

Hey guys! How are you doing?

So i'm having trouble with the e-commerce of a client in the agency, the problem is his bounce rate went from 40% to 60% in may 31 and it's been like that still. Been checking all possible events that might caused the problem and got some off the list already, so the cause isn't:

• Loading
• css
• Layout
• structure
• Content

We did start sending some e-mails and included a pop-up with RDStation around the same date, but we turned it off and the % didn't drop... My best guess is:

• Problems with vTex (he uses a version from 2016, is a bit obsolete but why would it impact in bounce rate?)
• Competitor attack (someone could made a script to access his site and immediatly get out)
• Consumer behavior.

Please if u have ANY ideias about the cause hmu kinda desperate overhere.
