Backlink expert, please give me advice, related to IP and program.

Hello, I am preparing a backlink. I need help with two things. First, I am planning to use a proxy IP for the backlink. What proxy do you usually use? The IP used once for the backlink operation is scheduled to be changed immediately. The second question is about the program using proxy IP. I am trying to click on a hyperlink using hundreds of proxies, but I do not get caught by a bot and stay like a real user and click on the link. I need to do it, please advise on a useful program for backlinks.
